Connectivity

Which WiFi standards are supported?

The device supports 2.4 GHz WiFi (802.11 b/g/n). 5 GHz networks are not supported.

Why won't my device connect to WiFi?

Troubleshooting

The LED is blinking rapidly

This indicates an error condition. Try:

Device not appearing in Configuration Tool

  1. Ensure the device is powered on
